Pure fruit schnapps
distilled from organic plums
Follow our journey as we set up the first fully organic schnapps distillery in Australia, meticulously crafted using time-honoured German methods combined with state-of-the-art technology.
Optimal growing conditions
Our orchards are located at Greenlands, Queensland, surrounded by untouched bushland 900 metres above sea level. The trees are lovingly cared for by hand organically, and watered with bore water from deep below the earth’s surface. This water includes the minerals required to feed the trees without the need to use chemicals, and without the contaminants often found in ground water. This optimal environment of pure air, pristine water and uncontaminated soils creates the perfect growing conditions, resulting in extremely healthy orchards, and enhancing the quality of the fruit that is used in our schnapps.
